Our leader for this occasion will be Tom Laney on the session “Navigating Conflict and Emotional Intelligence.”

We believe that clergy emotional health and well-being will be enhanced by equipping clergy with tools and resources to navigate conflict, and reduce stress/anxiety, particularly in consideration of those of The United Methodist Church in this season as these clergy members anticipate their called General Conference to address major issues of the denomination.

These focus areas of conflict and emotional intelligence are inspired by Wespath who considers these to be factors that most significantly impact clergy health. 0.6 CEUs
