Missions

A Sign of God's Presence in the World

Download Haiti Disaster Response bulletin insert

The Mission Team supports missions in our conference, nationally, and internationally. This site will provide information, resources and contact persons that will enable pastors and laity to connect with our programs and projects. It is our hope to assist those in need; whether sick, hungry, helpless, and hopeless. We want to encourage, inspire, and provide opportunities for a better life to those who need help. There is hope in Jesus Christ and God's grace will meet all our needs.

Renfro Grant Applications Due in September

The Renfro Trust Fund provides grants for building projects in rural churches of the Southeastern Jurisdiction. In recent years, Holston churches have received tens of thousands for building projects. (Grant money is not available for parsonages.)

Download guidelines or for more information, e-mail Bill Daugherty, Conference Missions Secretary for the General Board of Global Ministries.
