The Peace with Justice Committee (PwJ) of the Holston Annual Conference strives to encourage dialogue and provide meaningful resources for churches and committes to build peace and establish justice. PwJ is a part of the Outreach and Advocacy Team of the Holston Annual Conference.

Annual Conference Luncheon
Each year at Annual Conference the Peace with Justice committee and Outreach and Advocacy Team host a joint luncheon that addresses current advocacy issues that concern the conference. This year the topic was immigration.

Peace with Justice Sunday Worship Resources
Peace with Justice Sunday is always the first Sunday after Pentecost. If the designated date has occurred or if it conflicts with your local church's calendar, please select an alternate date for your congregation's observance of Peace with Justice Sunday. The Peace with Justice coordinator of Holston Annual Conference (pwj@holston.org) would be glad to help you develop a meaninful and memorable worship service celebrating Peace with Justice ministries happening in your conference and local church.
