Registration Information
Full payment is required at the time of registration. $50 of the camp fee is non-refundable.
Church Camperships are available through many local churches to help the children of their members. Please check with your church prior to completing your registration. If the church has established a charge account with the Camping Office, they will be able to give you their code and the amount that can be subtracted from your total payment.
Early Bird Discount of $15 is available on all registrations completed prior to midnight (EDT), April 2, 2012.
Recruit a New Camper Discount of $25 is available to all campers who have been to a Holston Conference Camp in previous summers. Have the name of your recruit (as on their registration) when you are completing your online registration.
District Discounts are provided for Wytheville District campers ($100 provided by the District and the Camp Board) and Abingdon and Big Stone Gap District campers ($50 provided by the Districts). These discounts will be automatically applied at the time of registration.
Camp sponsored need-based camperships are available through the camp sites. Parents must receive approval prior to completing the registration. Contact specific camps for information on their campership programs.
Cancellation Policy: $50 of the camp fee is non-refundable. Cancellations received by 12:00 noon the Friday prior to the opening of your camp session will receive a full refund (less the $50 non-refundable fee).
Register Early: Enjoy helping your camper select a session to attend and please register as early as possible. Some sessions fill up very quickly. See you at camp this summer.
