2018 Event Calendar ICS

Holston 2018 eCalendar is now available for order. Only $5!
Receive automatic updates on your smartphone or tablet.

How to Signup:

Step 1 -  User Login Account Required  (Use existing login or signup if you don't have one.)

Step 2 - Click on "Order your Ecalendar ..." in left menu of account page

Step 3 - Browse events and you will now see "Set Reminder" buttons on events!

Signup and then subscribe to eCalendar notifications and more for only $5 per year. < Is where you will find FAQs, instructions, etc.

The new eCalendar has the same dates as those in the printed calendar, as well as all available educational events scheduled through Wesley Leadership Institute. Links are available for weekly lectionary readings, special days, online registration, and more.

Windows Users:
It is a good idea to back-up your existing calendar before importing the new file:
Go to File>Save Calendar.
Directions for Outlook:

  1. Download the .ics file to your computer, by right-clicking on the image you will receive in your email after ordering:(“Outlook Files” in the “My Documents” folder would be an appropriate place to save it to, unless you want to save the file elsewhere.) You can also download it from your Accounts page on anytime.
  2. Open Outlook.
  3. Go to the Outlook Calendar. Then, navigate to the following menus:
    File>Open>Import>”Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar File (.vcs)”
  4. Next Browse to the place where you saved the "Holston Conference Calendar.ics."
  5. Click on the .ics file> click “OK.”
  6. Answer the prompt with “Open as New.”
    This allows you to have these dates separated from your original/personal calendar.

  7. Move to a date in 2018 to see calendar entries.
  8. You may change the color of the calendar by clicking on the “View” tab, and selecting the color you want.

Apple/iPad/iPhone/Android users, simply click on the ics file image and it will be added to your iCal and across all devices if you have them synced.

Many other popular mobile devices can also import the ics calendar.
